You choose and supply the tiles and sanitaryware. We do everything else: strip-out and disposal, plumbing, electrics by our NICEIC-registered electrician, waterproofing, tiling, fitting and finishing.

The guarantee covers delays within our control. If you request changes, or hidden problems are found after strip-out (for example rotten joists or hidden leaks), we agree a new completion date with you in writing. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Prices are fixed for bathrooms that meet the package criteria at survey. We are not VAT registered – no VAT is added.

Yes. After the free survey you get one written price. It only changes if you ask for extra work.
We will quote it individually after the survey, using the same fixed-price approach.
If the delay is our fault, we take £100 off for every extra day, up to £500.
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
